Your download credits may be insufficient before your initial subscription expires. In this case, you can purchase a new package that provides higher download credits than your current amount. For example, if your current download credits are 30 and the content you want to download has a download credit score of 60, you can purchase a package with 100 download credits to download that content. As a result, you will have 30 download credits remaining in one subscription and 40 in the other. With your 40 download credit subscription, you can download content with 40 or 31 download credits. With your 30 download credit package, you can download content with 30 or lower download credits.

Basic Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in cases where the digital content is completely unusable.

If the digital content is unusable, we may need time to try and fix it.
